Paperclips, a Student Society for AI Safety at the University of Sydney

Our member Vanessa Huang is pleased to share her project, Paperclips. Paperclips is a student society engaging with the socio-economic issues arising from artificial intelligence. They aim to connect people from different disciplines in deep and philosophical conversation about human and societal resilience in the age of AI.

Vanessa is looking for funding support. Funding would help the society gain traction and reach more members. Currently the society has a strong interested members list and needs more funding to continue delivering weekly sessions long-term.
